Create your free profile
Complete your simple step-by-step profile by filling in your name, email address, and all required credentials.

Create your Job Posting
Headline with the Job Title of the professional you are looking for and then complete the skills, expertise, budget, job type, and duration details.

Post your job
Publish your job for all potential candidates to see. You can use the Find Talent feed to invite Freelancers you find ideal to apply for your job..
How to setup your account

Sign Up
Locate the Join Now button at the top right of the Home Page and click it. This will redirect you to the accounts page where you will select the Employer Account and click Continue. Alternatively, you can click the Hire button and redirect to the Employer sign-up page.

Input Your Credentials
You will be required to input your First and Last name, a valid Email Address, and Country and create a password. Once complete, click the sign-up button.

Verify your Email
Open your email and click the verification link to verify your email. Once this is complete, open the EATal page and Sign Up with your email and password.

Create your Job Posting
Include a Job Title for the professional you are interested in hiring. Be sure to make it catchy. Include the other job details including the skills, expertise, budget, job type, and duration.

Review and Edit your Profile
At the extreme top right of your page, click your profile image to present a drop-down and select your profile. You can edit your profile details and update them.
How to hire talent
Your Employer Account is all set up and your job posting is live, so what next? Start hiring! Here is how to do so-
Update Your Job Posting
Click on the My Jobs tab in the header of your account. Under Job Review, check the details of your Job Post and update with any changes

Review Applications
In the Applications Tab, you can review all Applications (Cover Letters and Proposals) for candidates interested in the job and shortlist the most competent

Alternatively, Invite Candidates to Apply
If you identify a candidate in the Find Talent tab that you think is a perfect fit for the job, you can invite them to apply for the listing.

Negotiate and Conclude Terms
Engage your shortlisted candidate(s) via message and negotiate the terms of the job.

Hire the best candidate
Once you zero down on your best choice, click the Hire Tab and progress on your project.
How to start working at EAtal
Freelance at EAtal, African talent-
Sign Up
As a Freelancer interested in getting hired for a job, sign up with the Freelancer account

Create your free profile
Create a profile with a headline (title) of your profession e.g Web Developer, and highlight your top skills and expertise. This preview is what your potential Employer will see.

Submit a proposal
Browse through the Find Jobs feed and find jobs that you want. Submit a proposal to the employer to bid for the opportunity..

Get Paid
Complete the job and get paid for the work done.
How to setup your account

Sign Up
Locate the Join Now button at the top right of the Home Page and click it. This will redirect you to the accounts page where you will select the Freelancer Account and follow the four-step sign-up process. Alternatively, you can click the Get Hired button and redirect to the Talent sign-up page.

Input Your Credentials
You will be required to input your First and Last name, a valid Email Address, and Country and create a password. Do note that the country is limited to only the African region. Once complete, click the sign-up button.

Open your email and click the verification link to verify your email. Once this is complete, open the EATal page and Sign Up with your email and password.

Create and Manage Your Freelancer Profile
Follow the prompts and input your profession title, your skills, and your level of expertise. You can Review, Edit, and Update by clicking your profile image on the extreme top right to present a drop-down and select your profile.
How to apply for a job
You have identified a job that you are interested in applying for. Let's submit our application-
Review the Job Description
Review the job description to identify any specifications needed in the application. This could include a portfolio with specific software or some certification.

Submit your proposal
In line with the job requirements, submit a star application with a well-articulated cover letter, resume, and any other additional attachments such as a portfolio or certifications.
What happens when you are invited for a job
When an Employer is impressed by a Freelancer's profile, they can invite you to apply for a job they posted. Here is what to do;-
Review the Job Description
Click the View Job button on the email invite to redirect to the job description and review the details.

Write to the Employer in response to the invite
Acknowledge receipt of the invite and write back to your potential employer accepting or declining the invite via the Messages chat.

Submit Your Application
If you have accepted the invite, submit a cover letter and your resume.

Chat with your potential Employer
Conclude the terms with employment and be in agreement with your employer.

Commence with the Job
Start working on the job.
